OVERALL OPINION

I used this pedal for a few years live with varying degrees of success. Mainly to the sounds of telephone, megaphone or distortion.
No sound factory is used directly, with much patience you come to be 2-3 and that sounds correct larsennent not continuous.
The effect tube preamp is really not bad. The expression pedal is a fantastic advantage over competitors (nothing like changing the length of a delay or reverb depending on the position of the pedal!) ... Etc.
For the disto go your way, it's a waste.
The phone is indeed feasible, not "crazy" but OK.
Delay and reverb are OK and nothing more. There is a basic but hyper compressor is better than no compressor at all.
The rest of the effects is a complete waste of time (and believe me, I lost time trying to hack flangers, chorus, chipmunk, Darth Vader, pitch shift, double etc etc). It is completely unusable, even in very small doses.

I have since purchased a TC VoiceTone Create to create the same kinds of effects.
After a few shows I can say that I really like TC does not Vocal300 and will therefore return to duty.
I am totally convinced that the new TC Helicon's are melted in the same mold as the VoiceTone Create, so I do not even try.

In short, the Vocal300 is not great but I have not found better in 10 years that I seek.

UTILIZATION

I use it all the time to Live, rpt ... The main connectors are all symtrique (XLR I / O, stereo TRS). The use and rglages are really childish, no need for manual ...

2 connections are possible:
- XLR output, the unit appears to Mono and temperatures requiring a preamp rattaquer the table.
- Output TRS stereo jack, using a Y cable you then go on a recorder or a console line level. It is prfrable to use this connection if you want the best quality benefitted from stereo effects (delay, chorus, etc ...) and simulated preamp.

SOUND QUALITY

TRS is a good product. Convertos of good quality. The potential effects of standards, classic + (reverb, delay ...) to the exotic + (detune, robotics, whammy, etc. ...). The hack is almost limitless. I use it for voice with a Sennheisser E-855, but the range frequency drives can probably use a + large (eg acoustic guitar).

- I have been using for about 2 / 3 years and not spare me more.
- I love the sound quality and simplicity of use.

I use primarily a single preset, adapted from 'TubePre' pramp + compressor + gate + reverb. and occasionally a shot of 'whavoc' for a choir.
I was going to rev well, I just seem to have grown significantly the volume of my strip for an equivalent level of output than the other singer (that connects the shure SM58 direct above), yet the gain in this segment and many rgl (that is low because the output level is 300 lev voice even when the volume is not the bottom).

UTILIZATION

Config very simple and intuitive.
Edit very easy and simple, but it lacks certain parameters or more precisely on certain parameters (threshold settings including the compressor). OVERALL OPINION

Used since qqs weeks.
I like the all in one, ease of use, its very correct.
I also use a set with a compressor and a reverb apart, but it is heavier to carry and the difference is not huge. I also test the BOSS GX700, but the preamp is less suited to the sax (normal is for guitars). The sax is close to the voice, the digitech is well suited.

Personal I was disappointed with the sound.
I used less and less effect in concert to end up not using it at all.
I find that the effects are pretty coarse, medium quality.

I use a small part of voce300 but I use this part thoroughly.

-Reverb/delay/chorus/detune/whawha/distorsion Etc ... was the choice.

-XLR and Jack is good.

DIGITECH-is made of quality for large feet and plenty strong.

I have 3 years or more. I tried to go before the vote in guitar pedals ... FRO!
What I like most is the 5 sounds that I use. I would not think they are beautiful but extremely effective!
For the scene I put all my things in order so that I have that use the pedal By Pass and that which passes the following effect (practice) because m I juggle my time with HeadRush.
