After Voices of Israel and Yemenite, Sonokinetic now explores the european jewish culture with Yiddish, its new vocal sound library for Kontakt.
For Yiddish, Sonokinetic called Hagai Davidoff who had already worked on the previous Israeli vocal libraries. Davidoff also chose the vocalist, Rahel Jaskow, who recorded 10 songs and 4 poems, all copyright-free. The library also features an improvisation section and an effect section with typical Yiddish words.
Yiddish requires a the complete version of Kontakt 4 or 5 with Time Machine Pro to use the 4050+ samples in 24-bit / 44.1kHz (NCW compressed format). Sonokinetic also adds to the library a PDF file with the english translation of all the songs, poems and individual words.
