White Noise has updated Genome MIDI Sequencer to version 1.0.2.
The Genome MIDI Sequencer (GMS) now supports the ability to send MIDI while running in the background, making it possible to edit settings in another app while GMS continues to play. It also enables users to record MIDI notes and CC messages from the interfaces of other applications.
The update also brings a number of enhancements, like better CC editing and the ability to open standard MIDI files from other apps and email attachments. It also features a number of bug fixes and other improvements.
Price: $12.99 in the Apple App Store.
Note that some MIDI gear or compatible music apps are required to use this app as GMS does not produce any sounds by itself.
