Value For Money : Excellent

In summary, having in one easily portable cube without breaking the bank back the amp, the speaker, an 8-channel mixer with 3 mic inputs and a box effect with reverb and delay is really great .
The power is impressive given the size and weight of the beast ...
There is a subwoofer output (frankly pointless in the low post-origin) and of course you can add powered speakers on the outskirts if the 400 w is not enough.

UTILIZATION

Super simple setup, user manual and limited to one page is enough.
No cables, no hook, you come with keyboards or guitar, you plug and go ...
For sound, there is a 3-band EQ on each channel.
The foot I say

SOUNDS

I use it for a group of jazz septet.
I connect over my keyboard, the guitarist and two or three microphones for brass.
The bass player has his amp.
As such, the sound is top, warm, round, not aggressive attack with a "soft".

OVERALL OPINION

I for 1 month. I used the day before yesterday and again in public in St Michel small newspaper for those who know. There were 80 spectators and we were on stage 8: IMPECCABLE.
Before, I was shooting with a mixer, an effects box and two JBL Eon 15 which was perfect in terms of sound quality but very very very annoying to carry and connect.
After long hesitation with the purchase of a Lucas HK, I preferred to buy ST Jam 400 is impressive, even to play for 80 to 100 people (QS above).
I tried to connect my 2 JBL output and the sound is still top but then with 800 w. .. and then we can consider playing in larger rooms. This type of configuration makes it possible to adjust the amount of gear to carry in different situations.
So, great stuff. Of course, it's worth € 1100 in PA shop which is not cheap but considering the quality of the machine is fully justified.
As keyboard player, I compared it with the high-end Roland keyboard amp. It cost € 400 less and is therefore difficult to compare but in terms of quality, there is no picture: the Jam 400 is significantly higher
