I use a Mac Pro 2.66 ghz Intel Mac with 7 GB of ram for a year, and APRS have long boss pc, I compltement sduit the stability and simplicity of this design machine. no son useless in, all expansion slots are available, for 4 drawers DDIS HD easy to change. and above all a stable OS, no crashes, just a message like "core audio surchargquot, but a good mix of 62 audio tracks with eq, comp, limited to 10 bus with reverb and other delay! never t would be possible with a windows mister!
frankly for those who want to quietly CRER is the essential tool, able to rest on its Systm is very reassuring when we express orders.
the price? performance is seen not to be discussed.
Finally, if c'tait again, well yes sr, I even inflated a Imac G3 500mhz with 1 GB of RAM to my workstation complter.
then counsel before investing on a large pc rflchissez well and compare equivalent power.

J'utilise un mac pro macintel 2,66ghz avec 7 Go de ram depuis un an, et aprés avoir bossé longtemps sur pc, je suis complètement séduit par la stabilité et la simplicité de conception de cette machine. pas de fils inutiles dedans, tous les slots d'extensions sont accessibles, des tiroirs dédiés pour 4 HD facile à changer. et surtout un OS stable, aucuns plantages, juste un message type "core audio surchargé" mais bon sur un mix de 62 pistes audios avec des eq , comp, limiter et 10 bus avec des reverb et autres delay!!! jamais ça aurait été possible avec mister windows!
franchement pour ceux qui veulent créer en toute tranquillité c'est l'outil incontournable, pouvoir se reposer sur son système est des plus rassurant quand on a des commandes expresses.
le prix? vu les performances y a pas a discuter.
enfin si c'était à refaire, oui bien sûr, j'ai même gonflé un Imac G3 500mhz avec 1 Go de ram pour compléter mon poste de travail.
