Hello,

CHARACTERISTICS good for, it is enough to refer to tascam.

I take the DCID tascam 2488 rather than the Roland BR-1600 CD for 24-bit registration number and track more important (12 mono + 6 = Stereo 24 tracks)

Saw the entries combi XLR / jack

short throws and it was just an impression of quality out of the box ... trs good.

we could just ask 8 XLR / jack as his highest competitor cit ..

UTILIZATION

Coming from a Roland VS 840 EX fairly easy to use, adaptation to tascam took me at most 15 minutes (and jsuis not a pro, using home studio) so it is logical and easy to use! Congratulations on that!

only complaint the manual a bit too soft and too often failing to explain in dtail ... at least for a little more complex functions.

In short it is a pleasure to use this device.

SOUNDS

So I am announcing the big diffrence with my old roland vs 840 (16 bit)>> I burned my first cd this weekend and what sin! I'm bluffing on this issue ...

against the effects by the scratches are Intgr for bof (Roland is much better), other effects are ok but this level, it suprieur rival.

dynamic level, no problem, the compression in mastering your mix gives fishing!

I would put 7 / 10 levels because effects can do better ...

OVERALL OPINION

I do not regret my choice!

I aim:

* Its looks
* The screen clear and readable
* The pro's that mix of DGIG
* 24-bit
* Ease of use

I regret:

* The manual bof
* The effects Intgr trs means (especially for those guitar DDIS)

9 / 10 report because qualitprix / performance is excellent!
