Value For Money : Excellent
Germanium fuzz.
Analog, handmade in Baja Tech with components tested and selected.
True bypass.

UTILIZATION

Very simple, 3 buttons: fuzz, volume, and kill.
Fuzz sets the level of distortion.
Volume (or level) adjusts the volume.
Kill played on the bias. Far left, the effect is turned off and we find ourselves under the same conditions as the original Das Fuzz with only 2 buttons, that is to say that only fuzz and volume knobs interact. As soon as you turn the knob kill a slight boost clicks and you turn the volume pot to the right, the more LED weakens, the more fuzz is short, to simulate a battery end of life and go back of vintage fuzz vintage.
The classic fuzz

SOUND QUALITY

is really very good (without the kill on), it returns to the Das Fuzz v1 (with 2 knobs). A very fat fuzz, vintage well-typed. It is not acidic and garish as others. For the kill, it is interesting in the first quarter, then I am much less convinced.

OVERALL OPINION

I like this pedal, but I did not keep long. The build quality is impeccable, it is true bypass and the case is robust. The sound is vintage and typed is what I like. The kill button did not especially attracted, I have not actually found usable for the style of music I play. I had a lot of other boutique fuzz (MJM London Fuzz home, Fuzz Head by Robert Keeley, Fulltone 70, ...), it has the best value for money because it is not too expensive to occas' relative to its competitors. Good boutique fuzz
