Thread Studio help needed!

I have recently bought both a Beringer Xenyx 1002fx and a Behringer FCA202 Firewire Interface that I want to use in conjuction with one another to record on my laptop using Adobe Audition.

The problem is when I hook it all up I can record, but I can only hear either the tracks I have already recorded through the headphones or the track I am currently recording...I cant hear everything at once which is highly annoying!!! Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
