- Is this a rack or rack-mount model?
No!

Balance sheet
Format classical boss: we love it or hate it! I love, it fits well, not bulky, is well under the foot ... Timeless!

UTILIZATION

- The general configuration is it simple?
Yes, more simple, I think it's not possible!

- Publishing of sound effects or is it easy?
Yes, it is intuitive, highly reactive, potentiometers act really all along their courses (which is quite appreciable)

- The manual is clear and sufficient? ...
I did in Japanese for my part, but I think it should be sufficient given the number of pages!
Balance sheet
A disto classic Boss: Ultra simple to learn and implement. I also put 10 ...

SOUND QUALITY

- Effects are they effective, responsive and realistic enough?
So it is already noticeable that the gain of metalcore is simply stunning for a transistor pedal. It is monstrous, has a huge sin. The palms are really mute "inflated", it sends severe.
The knob is devastating to Disto above the 3 / 4 of the races.
That said, the pedal does not hum or buzz (and without Noise Suppressor or otherwise) which is a good point!
Coupled with eq behind, it becomes even more interesting!
As a result, the pedal sounds really heavy, a "species" of its very large current (much more than MT2) and hardly sensitive to register honey and poppy musical!

- Which instruments do you use?
Use with an LTD MH400 mounted EMG81/85, tons of pedals and an Ibanez Valbee!

- Which ones you prefer, you hate?
I use it with the settings 5 6 4 7

Balance sheet
Definitely more relevant than the MT-2 ... Not better ... but now the MT-2 was a very good pedal for 80-90 years! The ML2 is more modern! Compared to other distos of course I have heard, it is less typical (MXR / EHX) and more punchy (MD2 / Jekyll & Hide)! In any case, we may not like but it is definitely not a bad pedal ...
It loses against in relation to the setting MT2 ... It's a shame, but yes this is a Boss distortion easy to implement, plug & play like it can also be appreciated!

OVERALL OPINION

- How long have you use it?
6 months!

- What is so special that you like most and least?
+ Ultra simple settings
- Ultra simple settings

- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
I had a lot of distos (ten) and is the one I much prefer

- How would you rate the quality / price?
Excellent! New (€ 100) or used (60 €)! So for 80 euros you will boost your sound easily!
For me, without a distortion pedal lamps € 100-120 over, it's nonsense!

- With experience, you do again this choice? ...
Yeah, though I still have to try a Guyatone or LNA!
