UTILIZATION

I do not know what it is about this guitar. I just cannot get into it. It is a gorgeous instrument - one of the most cosmetically attractive guitars I've ever seen. It sounds great, too, and the craftsmanship is stunningly good. Taylor is a fantastic guitar company, and they don't make bad instruments at any price points. I guess it's just the way the neck feels in my hand - it just does not feel comfortable to me. The neck carve doesn't work for me, and that's a deal breaker, to me. It's as if this guitar was built for small hands. Still, I'm rating it very high because I know I don't have the same hands as everyone else.

SOUNDS

Soundwise, this guitar is great. I love how there are so many choices of different models, and the only difference between most of them is pickup type and configuration! I tried the dual humbucker model, and it was a great, powerful sound, with plenty of articulation, cut, and smoothness. The guitar is incredibly versatile, running the gamut of rock, metal, country, blues, jazz, pop, reggae...you name it, and this guitar can do it.

OVERALL OPINION

I'd be in love with this guitar if they'd give it a different neck shape. Maybe Bob Taylor will read this review and try to contact me and ask to build me one with the neck of my dreams! I'm sure that's not going to happen, but if it did, I'd stand thoroughly behind this guitar. For now, I can't, as it just does not feel good to my hands, and that's absolutely the number one criteria for me as a guitarist.

UTILIZATION

I find the perfect round ... The width of the handle can be a handicap for some but not for me, having large fingers ... It is close to the acoustic of the brand. The only downside I find the frets are too high which makes the game very sensitive to finger pressure. No problem with access to the sharp heel of the neck is very small. The whole is very pleasant. It is fitted with Elixir strings 10-42 with a short Diapson, the bends are too easy.

SOUNDS

There are easily a typed his rock, blues (ES335) to say to get Gibson or Fender sound. But this is not the intention. Taylor will builds microphones and electronics without trying to imitate anyone. OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 years. I took advantage of an opportunity to buy, my dealer was trying to part with it. I was seduced by the comfort. The volume may be a bit too neutral, but rather versatile. Rapprot The money is excellent (a try to time) rather rare in France. I did not have a choice of finish is satin in Maple Pomela. UTILIZATION

OVERALL OPINION

I rarely if ever seen a guitar as well finished. The pictures found on the net do not do justice to the beautiful Saddle flame.
The box is also provided with beautiful.
From afar looks like a wave of Les Paul copy but in fact there are little touches of innovation very intressant (knob of tone, bridge, ...).
It is also better with more lgre ACCS to treble.
The quality-price ratio is now really super intressant.
