What I like about this set is pretty much what it is, a collection of Male middle eastern voices. I bought them when I had the need for them for a track and they worked great. The quality is good and the phrases are very interesting as the language sounds very passionate. I also liked the quiet speaking samples as I use them in the background...
I've been using the Firebird for about five years and I've found it to be an overall great sounding software synth. I love the presets that this has and I've used them a lot in addition to all of the different sections that this software offers. While there are some better and cleaner sounding software synths, the cheap price makes the Steinberg...
Helios consoles were used to record and mix some of the finest rock, pop and reggae classics ever produced. The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Roxy Music, Queen, Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley are just a few that recorded with these amazing wrap-around consoles. Moreover, many great musicians of the era purchased Helios console...
Overall, I am very pleased with Synthmaster 2.5. I look forwared to using this program in a lot of my upcoming projects. One of my favorite things about it is that its so easy to edit the parameters of each sound pretty easy. Also, they layout in browser mode is very nice, how everything is laid out right in front of you and you can get to each ...
What I like most about Cubase 6 is it gets the job done. I was able to import older projects i had created into the new version without a problem. Cubase 6 was easy to pick up. Most people say once you've used one DAW the rest are pretty much the same. I find this to be true but especially true if you've used cubase before. I do wish the applica...
The FATSO was essentially designed to integrate frequencies in a musical manner and provide some foolproof vintage sounding compression. Gener- ally, it is difficult to make the unit sound unnatural due to its vintage topology. FATSO provides four types of processing. Same holds true for the software version. They are Harmonic Geration and SoftC...
This is one of my favorite, if not my favorite EQ plug-in. Especially on guitars. Now the only difference between this and the hardware is that the software version of course doesn't emulate what happens when you crank a real 1073 and you get all the sonic gooeyness on your signal. But, with a little warming up of the signal before it will have ...
The biggest difference for most users that spend a lot of time in their DAW is whether the User Interface is bearable. From day one I preferred Cubase's and its bigger brother Nuendo's GUI to justt about anything. In addition to this little things like unlike in Logic the software instruments aren't actually ancient. I love the VST 3 prot...
The main reason that I'd recommend the Sonic bytes to Windows/PC users is that it is really cheap and easy to understand! You can't go wrong with a wit it no matter how you look at it, so it's definitely worth grabbing this one just in case. It's also worth playing around with for a minute or two, as even though it looks simple and out of date, ...
While maybe not the most realistic sounding or most in depth reverb plug-in, for being free, I've got nothing negative to say about the this freeware. It's incredibly easy to use, and users of all types should be able to catch on quickly here.
