The jamLink is an ultra low-latency audio device that enables real-time jamming and collaboration over the Internet. Unlike other solutions that are dependent on the speed of your computer and require additional hardware and software, the jamLink is a specialized device that enables you to experience an "in-the-room" feel or sensation with your playing partners without leaving your living room.  The jamLink is ideal for people who want to play music and collaborate with each other but can’t because of time, distance, schedules, or traffic.  Without a jamLink, the only alternative is to get into a car and drive – and sometimes that’s not an option.  The jamLink connects musicians across town or hundreds of miles away and lets them jam on-line without giving up "in-the-room" feel and high quality audio. Bands and songwriters are using the jamLink to practice, rehearse and write new songs without having to get together on weekends, rent rehearsal space or travel. People are also using it to just play with their friends.  All you need is your instrument and a highspeed broadband connection. The jamLink is controlled by popular web browsers and starting a jam session is as simple as making a Skype call.
