UTILIZATION
- The general configuration is it simple?
yes, it's a table-oriented battle / scratch.
- The usual functions are they easily accessible?
yes, very.
- The manual is clear and sufficient?
the manual does not explain how to change the jumpers provided.
Inquire here on AF. A more complete version of the manual is available at Ecler.com.
SOUNDS
The console is transparent. The sound is perfectly rendered if the volume is not mounted outrageously. After a 10kW sound system I have not tried. FYI I use rockit5 krk monitors.
When the master and gain are pushed to the bottom: there is little wind or not at all ... but the cross "eternal" make a dull click-mail (a serious tone) when they cut quickly (double click, crabs, transforms ...) can be heard only when the gain and master are pushed to the bottom. I do not know if it's to wear the cross or not since I bought the table occas'.
The eq is effective. The sound is round, clear, pleasant.
OVERALL OPINION
- How long have you use it?
About 1 month for the + scratch mix electro / hiphop and general.
- What is so special that you like most and least?
the +: sound in general, the cross "eternal" very flexible, adjustable cut-in, the eq very honest, XLR + RCA with 2 knobs separated. Super battle hiphop table.
the -: the click when you cut the sound to cross donf: A € 150 the beast one would think that it is THE cross ... and he's not bin P'ti default. The finish of the building and Nott feet that are pieces of rubber glued to both sides under the table, I've already lost, replaced by a brace is re-cut ... not too serious but ...
- Have you tried many other models before buying it?
I've experienced in recent years of quite different stuff:
numark prosm1, sm2, vestax pmc05 I and II, pmc06 ...
- How would you rate the quality / price?
Very good in time, only good in nine. Knowing that for a little less than twice what I paid I could have bought a ttm56 ... yeah super value for money ...
- With experience, you do again this choice? ...
I get back to you in a few months of use. We will see how reliable this time!
