Vestax is not only a brand is a guarantee of quality, after going on a lot of different tables, the rest for me the Vestax mixer 2 voice par excellence, value for money is exeptionnel It has everything a big, mean that it is a great!
crossfade the horizontal is of very good quality, crossfades voices are also exellents and my taste the best (crossfade hard, we can make the volume mounted flexible and progressive, perfect for set deep house, disco, funk, and ambient & lounge, House & tech also just put more punch ds fingers)
when the knob, I would say it is no more accurate (the correction is much better than the famous DJM (I personally hate), any correction is felt no matter the musical style, when to "cut the votes" He did his job, pots to "less infinite", no audible, even if the output volume is at maximum, we approach the 0 decibel, a very slight hiss persists even when.

I appreciate the whole table for me it embodies the perfect table. so it's hard to choose what I prefer but I will say the crossfade hard enough and progressive. and the accuracy of horfevre pots.

I'll try a couple of table, Pioneer, Ecler, Gemini, ... Vestax & Ecler remains for me the two references ahead of Pioneer & Co.

The quality / price, and unbeatable quality of this table is expected to take the 300-400 it is yet close to the 150th, when a version 4 vote, it is around 300th. brief a small price for a large table

Vestax again and again (in mixer ... if we have the right to go elsewhere)

SOUNDS

It's really strong point of this table and that's what I was looking for.

I usually listen to CDs and on radio sets that have a very good quality and among all these sets, the DJ MIDOR that really surprised me with a sound quality to die for. So I checked his site and saw that it was mixing with vestax.

What I want is a sound that sounds great anywhere and is very perceptive.
In addition, natural sounding combos, cut the midrange or bass during a transition and it works very well.

This is the only brand that sounds good on my car speakers rotten and yet I listen to CD compilations.

The only drawback is the breath that we hear in the headphone (fortunately not at the exit)

EDIT: After about 17 months of use, I am still very happy.
The only downside is that you rotate the knobs low too quickly, you hear a very slight noise. I would have to disassemble the table and I remove a little dust. However, it is not very troublesome because of the lower buttons are very sensitive and therefore must turn to hear the little differences.


EDIT 2010: the sound is still good but the knobs to make noise and it gets along very touched. Worse still for a button and in some cases it cuts half a second sound. In short it needs maintenance, but it would probably cost the price of the table.
