«  KORG FOR A SMALL ROAD »

Published on 11/17/13 at 06:23
Value For Money : Poor
The KORG K25 is a master keyboard to compact format 22notes (2 octoves) pretty with its pearl white and gray borders. All plastic but still pretty solid. Pluggable via USB to PC / MAC, MIDI OUT and PEDAL. PITCH AND MOD, a little hard but solid. Opportunity to go up and down the octaves with LED color. 2 pots of control only good but it is a paperback. Stick control can replace the mouse on the keyboard.

UTILIZATION

The feel is pretty good compared to Prodipes and AKAI he rapporche the KORG R3. The grip is imediate as good ergonomics as often Korg. No need for CD installation, it is directly detected on my PC or MAC, very convenient.
Not really need the manual.

OVERALL OPINION

I utlise on Reason for over 3 years and my faith it gives me many services as simple and effective. The big advantage is that you can take everywhere with you because small and rather solid even if it seems fragile and it is recognized directly without CD, like a USB key. I had a disgusting hit the 61 Prodipe and aesthetically close to a toy, I tested the Akai mini but a bit expensive for what it is and hit the can. It is a good value and that's the KORG so in terms of quality and finish that is good value.
