Excellent
we bought 3 console vestax pmc 280. Installed in a rack with cdj 400.
The pros:
The very good quality audio signal
Many leve (2 XLR microphone voice)
Robust design and nice appearance.
The quality of filters
Indeed the box with 2 adjustable Paramtres.
2 out Adjustable Masters
The -
In the black buttons are invisible earnings (black line)
When one switches on the box effects, there is a Lger breath.
The push buttons of the old PFL (too tight and a little tchip!)
The external power supply (standard)
The quality of RCA terminal (APRS ten mtallique connecting the hood of the mass of the terminal was soldered RCA master 2)
No scales
Not talk over microphone (AC can be practical in some cases)
We use them for 1 year at night, and I think this table is truly a beautiful sonority currently no technical problem. saw the price of the console, do not ask too much;
UTILIZATION
utilistation very simple. For my part the manual was in English.
PFL buttons are awkward to utlisation, and gives a low "range"
SOUNDS
the sound is the highlight of this console. Fair and complete correction (cut bass, mid, Hight). The output level is very important (watch the speakers). When the box effect is activated, the noise level increases and there is a small breath.
OVERALL OPINION
We use 3 consoles vestax pmc 280 pro for 1 year. we have the DJM 800, amix CTMR 86 (for my connoisseurs), and DJM 400. In terms of sonority vestax I love the sound (can color over a pioneer). The report price is good quality and in its category it perfectly fulfilled its mission. Small BMOL for food outdoors, no balance, no talk over the poor quality of the RCA terminals across the rear.
