The transport menu play button does not work with FlStudio. There does not seem to be a work around for this probem.

I had a similar issue with FL Studio. In my case, the transport controls only worked properly after checking the MIDI settings and selecting the correct controller preset. Updating the keyboard firmware also helped. If none of that works, it might be a compatibility issue with the current FL Studio version.
