Published on 08/20/13 at 05:25I was looking for a controller with a touch approaching the acoustic piano.
Accustomed to a heavy touch on my upright piano, and having as a constraint the noise (Arrival of a baby at home), I sought what continue to play with various modeling softwares on PC: In addition, ideal for recording.
Level connectivity: USB self-power to the keyboard: Nickel!
UTILIZATION
Touch is super nice, a little harder than most other keyboards I've tested: Nord Stage, Nord Piano, Yamaha P95, PX130, etc. ...
However, the mechanism is a bit noisy though: but this is not a real constraint if you play with headphones or a suitable volume.
The manual is OK, for my part, I made my point and setting!
It creates its own response mode, velocity .. I have not dug well on this side, but it looks well thought out to adapt his game to the keyboard
Having acquired a pedal Fatar / Studiologic VFP3/15 I had to make a special setting for that it is properly recognized: I have more in mind, but it is a story of "default open" or "closed default "which is a setting that must be reversed on the sustain.
This would not have happened with VFP3/10 ...
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 5 months and I'm really happy!
It really is TOP!
