I bought this keyboard to connect to a home computer (mac and windows) essentially to control Pro Tools, it works spot on!
I never had a problem with this keyboard that ca be as soft at the mechanics. It's tough.
Only buttons in frontage seem a bit fragile, and yet they still work just fine after 10 years of loyal service.
Frankly, level quality / price is unbeatable (however, accept it as a master keyboard = will not work in standalone mode because no bank in its internal or HP).

UTILIZATION

The feel is really great, I'd say it's the big keyboard MORE
For use as mine (control a sequencer to play sequences and realistic piano) is impeccable
At the config, is simple: we branch, and is recognized directly (after choosing the correct midi channel of course)

OVERALL OPINION

It's been 10 years that I use, I am very satisfied because now how many aircraft electrical / electronic can claim such a life?
It has not moved an inch in 10 years, I've never had to repair.

The big plus: the heavy touch really realistic, its robustness, simplicity
Cons: buttons that fragile facades (but it is not the case), weight (avoid taking them every day, otherwise you will have to buy at the physio sessions )

UTILIZATION

UTILIZATION

Touch is very pleasant, I have REALLY found the comfort of playing piano. It is not very robust (all plastic), but is light enough to be carried on stage. The use is simple but very limited. You can only set for four parts: the channel number, program number and bank, the split, using ds calf or not, same with the sustain pedal and the aftertouch, transposition, velocity, the envelopes of velocity. Adjustments are made directly by using the central part of the keyboard and 3 button, which is not very practical and rather dangerous at the beginning. Any other MIDI parameters are not editable, it has an interest in s' to rely on its expander. The manual is like the keyboard, simple but very limited

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 1 year and I'm not disappointed, the game is really nice, it is convenient because it can easily be transported on its own. It is therefore a good master keyboard but do not hope to control the parameters of complex MIDI.Le value for money is good, I think that it can be found for about 700eur. I am not disappointed with my choice but you have to learn from one of its competitors, the MC1000 to Oberheim.

UTILIZATION

OVERALL OPINION

Bought his release, was 9 years that I use and I will have sold it if I can. Question reliability they still ptits of worries. UTILIZATION

touch is a bit hard (but I am based synthesis). You can adjust the curves véolicités, but I do not find them very natural.

Everything is done via the keyboard, and a few buttons on top, without the manual to hand, it is impossible. The only command to know by heart the rest is global!
The SL retains its normal presets in memory, but the app is completely buggy, sometimes switching on some MIDI signals are brought out, sometimes the speed is everything. I am often led to a reset, so I do not retain any memory presets (layers, etc ...).
