Published on 08/29/04 at 15:00I paid around £150 on this guitar but i think it was on a special offer at a guitar fair. I was looking for a cheap Les Paul and this one looked perfect for me.
This guitar looks great and it plays great at good price. It has a nice tone I have played alot worse guitars for the price.
I have had a couple of problems with this guitar like one of the volume controls came loose but was easily fixed, the part where the lead goes into broke but that was easily fixed aswell. The pick ups seem quite cheap and dodgey but they sound ok and when you play some of the lower strings they sound a bit dead.
Everything seems quite tough and high quality apart from maybe the pickup's.

This is a great guitar for the price. Deffinatly for anyone who dosn't want to spend much on a guitar but wants a cool Les Paul instead of a boring old Strat. I think it would be good for all styles of music but especially good for bands like Guns 'N Roses or the rhythem of Metallica.

The handle is it nice? Quite nice slider to perfection, and precise.
Access to acute (last string) Is it easy? This is a resonator, whose purpose is not so much from a game toward the highs, but in the event of this research, cutting permits physically to climb to these heights.

Ergonomics is it good (in terms of shape, weight ...)? Excellent, the fineness of the body does not attack the right forearm, its weight is quite delicious, and its weight distribution makes it stable.
Do you get a good sound easy? ... Yes, immediately, dry (without amplification) it is indeed a resonator, including the person sitting opposite enjoys significantly better than the artist.
SOUNDS
Are they suitable for your style of music? Yes, for some morceaus specific, since it is a specific guitar
What are the sounds you prefer, you hate? No hatred, but amplification with an acoustic amp, it is possible to create scales from the impressive sound, fantastic heat of jazz.
OVERALL OPINION
For how long have you been using it? 6 months
What thing do you like most/least about it? Color, shape, sound, ease, the game
Did you try many other models before getting this one? Yes
What is your opinion about the value for the price? Excellent (but I made a case)
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ... Not once but twice
