UTILIZATION

The neck feels comfortable for an acoustic bass guitar.
Access to the upper frets is easy thanks to the deep cutaway.
Very light. You'll have to get used to the rounded Ovation back that makes it slide away when you play without a strap.
The sound is accurate and warm with a small level loss on the 1st string. A slight piezo adjusting ought to solve the problem.

SOUNDS

Very good result for me (acoustic folk / rock).
The "double bass-like" sound is quite round and warm.
It has a slight level loss on the 1st string when plugged.

OVERALL OPINION

I've owned this bass guitar for 2 years.
I like its acoustic sound and output due to the body shape. It sounds really good unplugged.
