UTILIZATION

I've had the night before last. I give you my first impressions:

. It is light, well balanced. Even without strap it does not fail.
. The handle is easy. A little trouble migrave a pinch with the thumb, but it will come.
. I would have preferred quieter since it is to play without disturbing, even at night. In addition, the pure acoustic sound has no interest ...
. Fortunately, this acoustic sound is quiet (according to Ms.)
Contrary to what I read, it comes with a power supply block. The guitar part there with a stereo jack that carries both a signal and power supply.
. It also has a battery compartment provided for 6 AA batteries but can also get a 9V battery: it may help out.
. the tuner is handy but it has a little trouble with the acute.

SOUNDS

I listened with headphones and my little sound system.
We find out the grain of a "real" folk guitar, the next a little "scrap" I love the color and not a little "plastic" the piezo. While on a solo ear a little carried recognize that it is not a real folk. It must be considered as a guitar work I think. In a group I think it will fulfill its role.

Small "catch": a low volume, the sound directly interferes a bit with the amplified sound, even with headphones, and not to his advantage. But the coup was listening to a recording, we are very pleasantly surprised.
I was not super convinced of the value of different settings (size of the box, mic position, compressor), or else maybe the position "jumbo" is sufficient for my happiness, but no matter: on a folk scratching was more used to his sound with his fingers and / or pick.

downside: sustain, too short ...
[edit] after a few days of use, I realize that the output level is unusually low, I am forced to use the "Mic" input of my sound card or my Staudio Behringer mixer, and pushing the gain strong enough to have a level that does. weird right?

OVERALL OPINION

I am very satisfied for now. Be seen over a longer period.
It's still a bit expensive, especially we have no cover or the strap at this price.

Note that I am only a hobbyist, my opinion is not very bright.
I play for a long time but I have not tried many instruments.

So I put him 8 becaufe I am happy despite some flaws.
It should at least have someone like me who seeks to recover to play despite the short time that I left the job and the family.
For example yesterday I played for an hour at 4am, go do that with an electro-acoustic and there's the whole family tumbling, eventually the neighbors ...

Maybe should I try the "silent guitar" Yamaha? or actually put me on the straw for a Godin? the future will not tell ...
