Handmade in Canada (key godin)
Dreadnought, solid Cedar
A preamp that I quickly dismantled and replaced by my luthier, and the piezo.
I work with a fishman pro-EQII now (external)
UTILIZATION
Handle small and rather round in the purest style dreadnought
No cutaway
This is a solid cedar top good quality so dense ... You must play and give him sweat for it sounds ... New, it should work ... Guitar character!
But the game is worth the candle
SOUNDS
I played in a lot of musical contexts with this guitar (folk, blues, afro, reggae, Brazilian, etc ...)
She didn 'has never disappointed ...
I play for 13 years (bought new at the time 2500F)
Here I differ from the previous notice: This guitar has a very balanced, deep in the bass, and full of character ... Opposed to simply spruce shines forth, the cedar requires more work and as progressively as they are played).
I spent a year without playing this guitar, it took some time before the ring again ...
Acoustic guitar is a great, well made with noble materials! Simply use it to book.
Against by the sound was shit ... I did remove the preamp (so I have a receptacle in place to pick) that I replaced with a Fishman pro EQII (external preamp) and the piezo by a component of good quality (I do not know more reference).
AER alpha amp more
And there! I went into another dimension!
I did never part with this guitar
OVERALL OPINION
Almost 14 years of loyal services
Many scene
I tried many guitars before and after, and it has nothing to envy to many much more expensive guitar.
The tone and excellent acoustic violin (invoice, choice of woods), are its strengths.
Anticipate change and piezo preamp (very reasonable price)
This guitar is no longer to do with this mail but I think have done a great deal.
I have a history with this particular guitar, she took the strands, it has repeatedly been saved by my luthier change ... And nearly 15 years after she has never sounded better! It's like a love story!
No nothing! I regret nothing!
