« its hot »
Published on 08/05/11 at 10:24Same sensations as a nylon, but with steel strings.
Minimum setting, but effective (low, medium, high)
Old takamine preamp without the lamp
UTILIZATION
Handle very pleasant.
Guitar seems restrained in order to avoid the acoustic feedback when plugged ... hence the little acoustic sound.
on the other hand, once connected, its very natural ...
SOUNDS
very suitable for a game based on the arpeggios ...
its rather hot.
OVERALL OPINION
I have tried many other guitars before this one ... steel and Taylor seem very "compressed" because of their design ... Martin's seem especially adapted to the rhythm game ... without being exceptional, this small Takamine does his job efficiently and followed me on stage and in studio for over 10 years. on the other hand I do not like the new versions with the cool tube, I prefer the former.
Today I turned instead to a guitar luthier, the day that they let me go ..
Very good value for Q / P
