This micro rosette can be used alone, in active mode, or in addition to some team that CTP1 preamp Takamine, but this time in passive mode.
If the TriAx is used in addition CTP1 installation is really easy, since it is sufficient to connect the microphone to the RCA input of CTP1, enable entry to the preamp by flipping a switch and set the microphone to the rosette. It unpacks and quarter of an hour after it is tested.
We can then control the level of the Triax via knob located on the preamp, which gives a lot of possible settings.
As part of this combined use, the tri-ax brings the body, some teeth and a kind of resonance that enriches many drought and initial accuracy of the piezo.
No breath.
It says in the demo site Takamine Triax captures the sounds of cash, but it's really light, certainly means more right hand, giving some life to the game, but nothing more.
The build quality does not suffer criticism.
At 165 euros, the investment does not is of course the time, but we get a balanced set.
