Standard features for studio speakers. Each speaker is independently powered and has a volume control.

SOUNDS
This being my first set of monitors, I can easily say it's the best I've ever heard. It uncanny how at just about any volume level, the sounds are well balanced. In the past I would mixdown, take to the car and listen for deficiencies in the mix, fix and repeat. I find I do that much less these days. I have even found that occasionally my mixes sound BETTER in the car on a stock system than through these monitors.
OVERALL OPINION
Plug and play. I did need to purchase a Y cable to send my computer output directly to the speakers.
Solid as a rock. I have blasted music through these things (intentionally and unintentionally and they continue to perform and sound great.
How can I not love my first set of monitors? I feel they have helped my mixes tremendously.
