I sold my BM12A for me and take BM5A BM9S, no regrets, the M5 have the same tweeter as the BM6 and BM12, coulplees with Bm9s, it gains in power (the BM12 clips quickly in the red) we have the bass control ...
SOUNDS
The sound is clear and precise across the spectrum?
The settings on the back of the sub are great, the sound comes from my Fireface, go into the sub, which has a cut and sends the sound 80hrtz in BM5A ...
So we can push it without BM5 clip, and the transition 80hrtz do not agree, super bored!
OVERALL OPINION
If you own the BM5A (and mk2) and want more bass, I board the BM9S rather than BM6A mk2 or BM12A ...
Even without the sub I find BM5A more balanced than the M6 or BM12 ....
With Bm9s, we gain power, control and sound quality, but it remains expensive, hence the 9 / 10
