These speakers appealed to me: Small size. Small weight. Amplification. Power.
I have bought with a purpose which is to get me a mini home studio when I could look with such features to take the idea for my config.
I have an MPC 2000XL, Clavinova CL-120, Alpha Juno-1, PC 2Ghtz, 1.5 GHTZ ram bus, sound card edirol (???) SX-2 and its hundreds of plug-ins. My favorite: Scarbee Rhodes Mark I, Virtual Guitarist and BFD
SOUNDS
Like my predecessors on this product, I agree they sound Low / medium, which surprised me after my house because in the shop, with space and mess permanent bass were necessary. then at home in the quiet that's where I was able to account for its more than generous curves, that being said ... for the type of music I write it makes me deliciously well.
OVERALL OPINION
I use them for 3 months and follow my moods, it's a good sign.
what really get drunk on this product and here I invite the engineers and marketteurs thinking is the common lot to all pre amplified speaker, well it's the settings on the knobs ass! !! I want them on her pussy before! because I want to change my settings accordingly. I think that such a change will bring customers. And refresh my back.
In short this product before proof of my loyalty I worked on the KRK V6 (power incarnate!) For 2 years. Then I had my little trick to Rock the house and it is funky home then ...
I knew the NS-10 and the Genelec and the only thing to say is that each model is interesting in its level, bah yeah. The V6 is Corpuls, generous, NS 10 bland but ideal for a premix, the Genelec .... To each his choices myself I opted for a solution Honer and stout and perfectly adapted to the demands of amateur initiated. I am satisfied with my choice and do not regret this to the proper time.
