OVERALL OPINION

Preamps top of the range (SNR impressive transparency ditto!).
A / D converters worthy of Apogee.
Option Firewire / USB.
Quality / price ratio excellent.
Wide tolerance in the input voltage, for supplying the animal with a homemade battery.

Ergonomics ho hum, mobile computing blah blah blah blah (just contradicts the idea of battery power).
Big doubt on the strength.
Too bad they have it withdrawn from sale, it was a real deal (and the Duet is not up to par, mainly because it is not as effective and even public)! I would do this choice without the slightest hesitation!
