eaReckon has released version 1.3 of its EAReverb stereo reverb plug-in.
EAReverb v1.3 adds to the reverb a new Gate module that allows for generating a gated reverb effect. This new feature uses a method similar to the one employed in the 80s (gate with “sidechain” or “key input” aux input). This gate is triggered by the input signal by only affects the processed audio.
The update also brings a Limit option (limiter) and a new Boost button that affects the behavior of the Mix button in order to change the output volume.
The update is free for registered users of EAReverb, they can download it now from www.eareckon.com.
