Plug repeating the algorithm Random Hall of 480L
I use a mac book pro i7 with 8GB Ram, RTAS, therefore
Protools 10HD native one.
when I open the rather, we must still count CPU consumption by 8%
but when you hear the sound, you can see why the plug is a bit greedy.
it handles up to 96kHz.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
it's pretty awesome, a plug finally find all the parameters that were the glory of the 480L, the filter very mild high cut, the shape, spread, room size, modulation, different crossover for Rev. different time, and all lines of delays early reflections,
in short it is really very close to use if not exactly like the 480.
but what really interests us is the sound!
I loaded the demo license 3 weeks and I bought the plug immediately after the test after comparison with my 224XL (V8.2) and my PCM91.
it sounds better than the PCM91, the sound is as wide as the 480L and 224XL,
there is a slight difference in the sound of the bass, but frankly it's still very close.
OVERALL OPINION
pretty successful, this is the first plug reverb I buy, never convinced by the convolutions, here is the algorithm and suddenly the modulation and the phase shifts are much more musical than the sampled reverbs!
I even did a live session for several with the
to avoid leaving the old 224XL is far too fragile for this kind of work under the sun!
a MacBookPro, HD Omni interface and has one or more at 480L plug directly into the console live! more given the quality of the converters OMNI, the result is just amazing.
short, very satisfied
