Togu Audio Line has announced the release of version 0.98 of TAL-Reverb, a free Open Source stereo plate reverb plug-in based on the JUCE cross-platform development framework.
TAL-Reverb has its own sound because of its special signal routing, according to Togu Audio Line: slightly modulated delay times avoid artifacts in the reverb tail and give it a smooth sound.

TAL-Reverb is available for Windows and Mac OS X in VST and AU plug-in formats. The source code is released under the Gnu Public Licence.
