UTILIZATION

English manual is accurate but short. I ended up doing a translation into French for not miss anything!
The proposed configuration provides a full range of modes of operation depending on the context. You can use the machine in conjunction with a keyboard or not, and editing parameters is analog also by the use of switches and potentiometers. The settings are not memorized and it takes practice to really get the most out of the machine, but also the charm of this type of instrument and that's how we learn!

SOUNDS

The Perfourmer has a deep, generous and very clear analog sound. According to what we want to happen of course. Personally I do not use very little with a keyboard, but rather stand alone, possibly returning there the audio, synchronizing channels etc ... The filter is a true gem!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost a year, I practiced DX7 and synths ... I almost fall for the Doepfer (A 100 or Dark Energy) but Perfourmer seemed easier to implement given my level. More grain Doepfer seemed more aggressive.

The term "analog to the old" I liked very much, it is solid, the sounds are beautiful, it is a real musical instrument and possibly an effect generator and the sequence module is ancillary to my sense and only interest fans of techno music ... For a price that is not trivial Perfourmer should satisfy the lovers of unusual sounds and musical territories. No regrets!
