not lugging my pc and play quickly when an idea comes to me
with no "studio", or dedicated PC is an advantage
I have a behringer keyboard UMX610 and in iphone 3gs
I use it with garageband and SampleTank for the momment

I have not been around long enough to judge criteria sharp but here are some notes.
once connected, all the iphone-ipad / IRIG me seems quite fragile, so provide a stable
the USB cable (power supply for touch) is really too short

the start is a little contrast on a PC:
- First we launch the application
- Then you plug the IRIG A iphone / ipad
We connect the usb and plug (cables noon)
We turn on the master keyboard / controller
I do not lag or interference

I trusted the advice found different and rare
I just bought it and I tried 2 h
what I like most is to have no pc in the legs when I just want to register an idea or to test Compos
repeats in a midi keyboard light and an iphone / ipad and you have a band on hand
really nice this interface
I speak mainly due to slight play in config that I would make the same choice
I can not compare these competing this interface because I do not have tested
