UTILIZATION

I use the POD in prampli with the following configuration:
DDouble signal from the jack "model" for sending a graphic qualiseur 2x10 bands
the two outputs of the qualiseur are directed to a power amp PEAVEY Stereo 260W (with two potentiomtres volume limiter and a compressor dbrayable)
A channel is sent to a speaker 1x15p 300W and the other one 4x10p 300W.
I rgl the qualisation each speaker based on the most suitable frquences (Low and Low mdiums in 15p and high in the acute and mdiums 4x10p). I can then balance the level of one and one for the volume-General for output. In concert, the XLR output "model" is sent to the console.

The POD is "pilotquot; a pdalier to select the sound MMore in the bank (of the 36 available), it includes a whawha pedals that can also" dose "effect and select a volume pedals. pdalier The function also includes the tuner, which can be read on it or on the rack by means of leds: very practical in the dark!

SOUND QUALITY

A modlisation will never be worth the original, but who can afford such a variety of amps, speaker and effects?
I use the Bass Pod Pro with 3 bass, Fender Jazz Bass Fretless 1973 Fender Roscoe Beck V Vigier Passion III custom 5c.
The modlisation, moyennnant qualisation few corrections and compression, I never seem to "caricature" (unlike other modlisation rack) and I always managed to find the sound Sirai!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 3 years now. When I want to play without me to the head, I select the 16 original configutaions mmorises one of them. My preferences are the ampeng 1974 SVT, SWR SM-400, Mesa-Boogie 400 +, David Eden Traveller WT-300, Gallien Krueger 800RB and Sunn Coliseum.
I also have some effects prciser carrment me inspiration for compositions (Listen to "OMNI-Fanatics and policies" on YouTube).
Finally I know of no such offer hardware portability to make a recording, in short you can record any bass with a good rsultat trs without dbauche of hardware.
If I absolutely have to find a reproach to the hardware, I would say the NCESS to have the record by hand (in the early days) because of the number of possibilities that a ncessiteraient large device, the number of pots incalculable and whose price would affect! So now you can get used to the price of a good DI box, I read somewhere that this user prfraient his successor MODEL XT.
