This is an analog preamp direct box for bass.
connectivity simple and effective. 9V power supply jack and XLR and phantom power via XLR.
Format pedal switch on / off.
It is robust and brand reputation is second to none!
UTILIZATION
I use it mainly for the preamp stage and amplified by a return or an amplifier + speaker. Usually send the XLR output to a table.
And there's terrible back parcequ'avec basic and this pedal was a sound of Ampeg!
I had one (SVT 300) and sold outright since! More bp back excess power and never at the expense of son.En more you can vary the sound more than an Ampeg Despite the simplicity of the settings.
I also use it to record my bass on the PC.
SOUND QUALITY
Terrible, I have a tube preamp for home studio (tube pre and TP01) that do not sound like that. The sound is clear, powerful, all spring to all styles and m ^ ^ e ^ me the chords are pretty ... I even want to try a voice to see what happens so I hear the details of my basses that I did not with my little preamps!
On stage is extraordinary, given that the sound through the sound can be huge and very comfortable, it's easier to manage with a return that all the amps I had to change too much for me its from a certain power to the scene.
