Value For Money :
Poor
Bass chorus pedal analog. An input jack and two jack outputs for stereo use.
UTILIZATION
General configuration simple: four knobs (too much for me ..)
Not very comfortable with the controls and knobs in general, I have relied to some examples given by the manual, then modified it according to what I was looking for. Beyond these few examples, the manual has not much use .. Too thick to the loo, too late to prop up a wobbly table ..
SOUND QUALITY
The effect is efficient and reacts very well in races of knobs: it is not all-or-nothing "like on some pedals.
I used it with a Yamaha TRB4 and several other pedals (compressor, distortion, wah and delay ..).
The sound is very clean and very loyal. It adds an extra dimension to the sound of the bass. For my part, I used it for bass lines and slow enough "air" for solos, slap in (synthbass side gives a very funky) and especially coupled with distortion and a wah to get a sound close to vintage synth.
For cons, the sound is very distinctive 80's. This is not a bad point, but I do not like. I find it too smooth .. I sold to buy a Danelectro DC-1 Cool Cat, more alive ..
OVERALL OPINION
I used it a few months, but I like his boss does not definitely .. It was my first chorus for bass. But now my Danelectro suits me perfectly.
€ 50 for an effects pedal, I do not shock: it is not out of money as some brands and not the pedal Bontempi at 15 € with the quality that goes with the price.
With experience, I do not do it again this election. It's a good pedal, but I do not like his 80's typed .. But it's relative. I recommend, but try (comparing with other chorus) before purchasing: we like it or not ..
