The sound is very good! And running the amp is easy as pie, the keys and fine tuning EQ's are very easy to set. I play metal, and punk, and this amp dose all that and more! Sadly the Manual has a lot of small print and can be hard to read, that being said it dose come with enough photo print to set the EQ's for (Rock, funk, jazz, and pop)
SOUNDS
I play a 1980's Fender Jazz bass, and a 2009 Fender P-Bass, both American made. I also use a Jackhammer overdrive and distortion pedal. The Ultra-low kicks major ass! The Bright isn't very amazing by its self, but with a Distortion pedal it's very cool. The only problem I have is the pre-amp Frequency needed a little work. I mainly use a Heavy tone with this Amp, but the Clean side is very crisp and clear.
OVERALL OPINION
I like the the low end the most, it's crisp, has a good thump! Things I don't like? The cooling fan is very loud after playing for an hour or so it also weights 45 freaking pounds, to moving it is a real pain.. I used to use a SVT 3 I liked it, but needed more power and better low end. The sound on this SVT 6, is awesome, and some of the best I've herd, live shows, and just messing around, it's awesome, recording is trouble due to the cooling fan noise. I would buy this amp 100 more times if I had too.
connector jack and Speakon output + direct-out jack with XLR and equalizer switch and volume knob
the setting is more than complét.avec a 4-band parametric equalizer semi, the opportunities are huge, plus there is a switch and ultra bright and a hight Ultralow.
for effects there is a very efficient compressor and a tube voltage not very credible.
the difference is not significant with or without this option.
UTILIZATION

in the manual, there is some adjustment of the equalizer to enable you to match your style location music (rock, funk, reagge, country, JACO, jazz and funk popping)
The manual is 8 pages in English ... do you speak English?
SOUNDS
TOTAL FOOT .. I plug in a 4 / 10 HLF 500 watts into 4 ohms and accuracy of the sound is incredible, my musicman sub 4 rugie altogether.
turn up the gain of the amplifier and the Beast hits you literally face.
its a rock so that distortion does not serve you much, just hum of the amp is enough for many things.
I still have a branch mxr 181, the two were made for each other.
the mxr has never revealed its potential as with the other amp I had the opportunity to use.
this amp is a real powerhouse and Technology
OVERALL OPINION
I have always (in my dreams) a week ago and I use it at last.
I like his mouth, there is a head of hell, supperb finish.
the only problem is the poid.une good twenty pounds to the head in his fly box gator (optional of course) and about forty pounds for the 4 / 10 hlf.mais it's well worth the effort.
I bought in for $ guitarxpert 2090euros (head and body)
After playing a Warwick profet, a peavey, a Hartke 3500 and an ampeg B2R (which by the way that the virus infected my ampeg) I also tried a trace elliot 1000h12 a markbass, the only suitable to my bass playing, the ampeg svt6, with a firm brand of course.
value for money is resonance.
I do not regret this purchase.
