Deep button gain input + output volume (ie, the gain can be mounted without increasing the volume and vice versa). Triple EQ Big flaw: the on / off switch is hidden behind, which we can no longer chi .. when, like me, this amp is (was) designed to be stashed settled once and plugged in a corner under a desk, with just the jack that comes to directly connect a bass and work ...
UTILIZATION
very simple, we can not get any easier than elsewhere. Are easily obtained "the" sound, because there is not a thousand different (less than fun to put a bass and treble has zero background). The button "deep" is mandatory, without it, it sounds quite flat and it's ugly. The external output is a little nicer, I had the opportunity to plug my little 4x12 Ashdown in London City (ancient cab, if any) and the sound is hell, and, Oh Miraculously, it even enough (cranked) by repeating!
SOUNDS
Rock sound, perfect. But a mat if you are not looking too. A bit of breath if you push the volume. Much if you go back (but 15w thoroughly in his living room and neighbors already ask for an apology, then ...). Tried with an Epiphone Thunderbird Pro, the Fenders (precision, jb, ...), Cort ... and all my pedals, nothing to report. Y grain Ashdown (at least I like to believe).
OVERALL OPINION
If we ignore the lack of breath was present workload, until "high" (a very strong, are indeed as has been said, the breath, but "everything thoroughly," useless, so ) is a very good little amp, available at less than 100 € on VPC classic. I saw a 85 € on an English site, eop free (it was the holidays ...). At that price, look no further.
