Fender Rumble ,good for Upright Bass.
Published on 05/09/17 at 06:00I heard a mate using this and was amazed at how good it sounded. Tried it in my double bass set up and bought it straight away. Light to move around, deep bass , especially with the 'vintage' switch pushed in , and as loud as you like.
I have been using it for smaller gigs for the past year, but even on larger stages it fills the space with warm sounding energy. Seems to be reliable so far about 100 gigs in, but I have made a light box to house it and keep it safe in the back of the van.00 - Matlabass
Powerful, lightweight, amazing.

UTILIZATION
Fender were inspired by Genz Benz amp they bought, keeping the dough Fender Bassman. The sound is surprisingly powerful for a 2x10 "that weighs 16 kgs in total. The distortion is excellent and perfectly balanced with clear sound (you do not lose any bass). Three types of sounds can be combined to get the real vintage slap rough through fat guy QOTSA. No manual, it's a combo for bass. Sound is live, no frills.
SOUNDS
I played on just about everything, from mainframe to combo, I was amazed by the texture of the combo, its ridiculous weight and powerful sound. Do not look with this combo sound flat and crystalline "accurately reflects the range of your instrument." This is an amp to personality: we feel from the start. It was made to please those who love the bass is present and sounds good in the middle of the group. And he does it very well. Rather connoted "rock" (with cable distortion factory, it seems obvious), but there is no shame on the slap. Distortion is warm and colorful, very successful for an all transistor. There is nothing I hate about this combo: I mute my buddies RPET and take it home to work after fart without my back. I tried it with my old Sting Ray 79 ', my JB280 Jacobacci Fretless, my 8 string Kramer, etc ... he surprised all by these low rendering and how it makes them sing.
OVERALL OPINION
I for 10 days, and I'm sell all my equipment (head, pedals, multi-effect, etc. ... see my listings AF). This is the sound I was looking for 20 years. For a ridiculous price. I do not know how they manage to sell an amp of this type at this price! But other brands will be hot to align.See less160
