Everything about this amp is great, i had a 1977 carlsbro stingray 150 watt, i payed on this 65Watt Laney and the sound just blows away the carlsbro, i know the carlsbro is old but this Little Laney Makes my Warwick sound how it should, i play mainly funk but hard punk too and theres enough equalizers to change your sound quite a bit, its brilliant, really punchy, its got a horn to when you put that on, well my slap bass never sounded so good its so poppy and just sounds great. ooo its got an effect loop on the back too.
um nothing really, its fairly heavy for its size, but i think thats a good thing too cos its well made.
very very solid, all the dials are metal not cheap plastic, kick proof grille and its a kick back unit too which is great cos you can see the dials better when doing rehearsals and gigs, the finish is a fake leather i think but it looks really good, its got the usual protection on the corners with metal plates aswell
doe severything i want it too, its only 65 watts, but i dont have a car and i may be moving abroad soon and i want to take it with me if i can so its ideal, i did ask the guy at the shop about the Hardcore max series Laney do but thats more for punky metal stuff really, and they are also cheaper and not quite asgood as the Richter series,so if you are looking at the hardcore max series, please try the Richter series you wont regret it
