Transistor amp 15watts, sufficient for one day or in a basement with some friends from rehearsals.
6boutons in (without the on / off) for simple and quick.
Relatively light for a 15watts, easy transportation.
Responds quite well to distortion pedals and other effects.
3 output / input jack for optimal use.

UTILIZATION

Using very simple, with easy settings to add punch and depth to the sound.
Unlike those who say it does not, I would say that he defends quite well during rehearsals in a small space or even open a garage.
In a small room with other amps that is enough, of course it does not let others be thoroughly even if he can win when others are very strong and the sound of the amp is maximum.
Settings so easy but I find quite temperamental when changing bass (a setting for a jazz can not be the same as accuracy) because a lot of differences, particularly at high frequencies (of course it also depends on your settings).

SOUNDS

Playing punk / grunge, with jazz, give a percussive sound that suits this style of music is relatively easy by increasing the bass, midrange and treble, adding the gain as well.
also very effective when the tones are lowered to the max on bass, we are thrilled by his tone serious and long.
Ability to obtain any kind of sound for your session, but beware, the treble can seem a bit difficult because they are powerful enough even to 0.

OVERALL OPINION

Used for a year, rehearsals in the concert (coupled with a more powerful amp of course, except in case of session "private" in a garage or outdoors where it is needed without too much difficulty)
Value for money a little excessive for the price, when looking at the ranges proposed for 15watts.
However Laney is a very good brand, you will not be disappointed with this model, however it remains a 15watts, it does not compete with its big brothers, but remains a very good product.

I recommend it to beginners and confirmed that this amp will become an ally in you!
