Best value:
Excellent
Class D amp, 250W, HP TC Custom 15 ". Tone is equipped to enable print effects. 3-band EQ, tubedrive, tuner, 16kg weight: light amp!
UTILIZATION
Simple to use, the manual could not be clearer. Anyway, time to get the EQ "intelligent" and you get the sound you want quickly.
The use and download the tone-print is child's play, and the better we are here to have fun!
The very positive with CT is the presence of the built-in tuner, handy!
Level connectivity you can find everything you need, except perhaps the ability to connect another HP, but after all a combo that is not made for that!
The foot-switch is optional but I recommend it brings a real comfort on stage, to enable or disable the tone-print, or mute the distortion.
SOUNDS
The particularity of this TC is to have its very modern, clean, we like it or not. However EQ TC can cover a very wide range of sound that will satisfy the majority of bassists. Over the bowl 15 "gives a scope, well-rounded and deep bass. Concert there in nothing wrong, I've never been short on volume, it delivers a rich and powerful.
The tone-print is a real plus! There are a plethora of TC on the site and it troubleshoots well (compression, flanger etc.).. I heard that you could even make yourself ... I demand to see and hear.
Only downside is the drive tube below level reporting, and bad luck that there is serial ...
OVERALL OPINION
I've had a little less than a year and I can tell you that this amp perfectly fulfills its function. It is not bulky lightweight, cheap, and quality: the dream of every bass player!
It should sound like TC: very clean after that depends on the people.
The tone-print are very significant even if the distortion is not terrible.
Maybe the tweeter delivers sharp enough for my taste, I go nitpicking as to price, you are on an excellent quality / price ratio!
