How can I connect a Aural Stereo Exiter to my Behringer PMP 6000 Mixer.

You CAN use the main output inserts for this.

However, I would generally recommend against using devices such as aural exciters or sonic maximizers on the output side of a PA.
It masks/hides other EQ issues in your system. Fix those and you should not need these devices.
