MeldaProduction has upadated MDynamics to v1.04, and included MDynamicsLimiter, a mastering brickwall limiter designed to make your recordings sound louder with minimal distortion and artifacts.
It is built on MeldaProduction’s MDynamics kernel, however its user interface is simplified and provides all the features you need to perform high-quality limiting, according to MP.
MP says it has the following features:
- Mastering limiter with adjustable knee, threshold, input gain and other important parameters, which automatically handles look-ahead and other features for you.
- Advanced and easy-to-use user interface – you can easily change all values and gain maximal accuracy using textual editing.
- Actual source level indication inside the shape graph – you always know, what dynamic value you can actually expect on the input and output, and what gain-reduction MDynamicsLimiter performs.
- Adjustable up-sampling 1x-16x to minimize aliasing and get even more clear sound.
- 64-bit processing and unlimited sampling rate, recommended maximum is 384kHz. MDynamics has low harmonic distortion.
- Global preset management – using a title button you can save your settings, which are shared on the computer, so you can easily access them in other songs.
- Very fast, optimized for SSE and SSE2 processors.
- Full automation.
