OverTone DSP has launched the Windows version of its Fairchild 670 limiter emulation in 32 and 64-bit VST format.
The FC-70 soft-knee limiter plug-in was hitherto only available on Linux. OverTone DSP now allows Windows users to insert it into their DAW.
The FC-70 models the Fairchild 670 limiter original circuit. It uses a delay-free feedback topology and offers three stereo processing modes (left/right, linked and lateral/vertical).
The sidechain includes two dynamics program-dependent release parameters and a fast attack.
Price: £25
