My first cymbal, as quasi-professional level stuff. Well above the 52 and 802, just below the 2002 (same alloy). Purchased in 1998 for 180 euros (well, after conversion into Swiss francs, eh ...).
Crash fine then, but with enough body, I would say still acute. Tender under the baton to the quick response, well controlled, sailing between pop and rock, no more no less. Do not look for either the versatility, the Alpha remain in this sphere (we are in the b8, very high).
Cymbal still very nice that will satisfy the amateur crash fast, clear and sharp.
