I use this product in use since about 1993 semi-pro (live recordings of concerts via mixer).
Reprages functions etc. trs fun and effective.
Musical qualities empty and slightly flattering at the top of the spectrum.
Reproduction may be a bit "softer" than with current converters faster.
However, good depth of sound field and aspect of his singing.
I advice to pair it with an external converter for reproduction (such Denon DVD A1 for example, or any other device ddi.
In the era, bought 6100 Frs. Report quality / price INTERESTED some of its contemporary competitors Technics or JVC.
Currently reading concerns (distorted sound or no sound on some bands original Denon). I expect a rception K7 dat maintenance to vrifier if it is only a problem of clogging.
Otherwise I am looking for the exeptional SONY DTC 2000E, rare DAT possder entries 4 microphones and a drum heads for audio monitoring in real time, like the analog turntables.
I saw long ago that Frank Sinatra had a DTC 55ES possd in his studio ...
On the mcanique, no problem meeting my level up Submitted.
