Sybilla Pro is an enhanced version, with expanded functionality, of the HorNet de-esser plug-in for Mac and PC.
Sybilla Pro features 8 individually switchable and adjustable filters (frequency and level) that will help you spot the sibilance and feed the VCA or Opto compressor for reduction. Note that the threshold on this plug-in is signal-relative, which allows for more effective detection and processing as a fixed threshold.
The plug-in includes attack and release controls for the compressor, a gain reduction meter and a dry/wet mix knob.
Sybilla Pro is a VST, AU and RTAS plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows 32 and 64-bit. It is available at www.hornetplugins.com for 21.99€.
