UTILIZATION

Touch is very good, the sound change is a bit more hassle than other digital pianos (you must simultaneously press "function" and a key that corresponds to the sound you want, ditto for the metronome).

The sustain pedal provides is however very average quality, I advise you to buy a sustain-type "piano" on ...

SOUNDS

The piano sound is excellent: very good definition in the bass, treble are pretty without breaking the ears, and the mids are very hot. And aftertouch is excellent, you can really play all the shades you want.

The harpsichord sounds great too, much better than some much more expensive workstation ... The strings (strings) are also quite correct. In contrast, the organ that will really "kitsch".

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 8 months now, after having a Korg for some years the difference is this: the Yamaha is hotter, better defined, with the piano sounds that are pretty cool (harpsichord, strings, etc.. ). The bass is really good ...

I was a little disappointed because I expected to be able to work the sound on Ableton, and I was a little disappointed, yeah. UTILIZATION

Used primarily as a master for computer music (symphonic music), but also for bosser my piano keyboard.

After several days of testing have keyboards in this price range, I especially hesitant with its main competitor, the Korg SP-170.

In the end, I chose the Yamaha for a good reason: it has only 1 well - the first of his piano - but it is excellent. We really have a good feeling with this sound. I even sometimes prefer to real pianos (bad granted, located in rooms that sound bad ...). While the Korg had 3 or 4 sounds nice, but none as well as the piano.

I'd rather have one thing very well that means 3 or 4 +.

OVERALL OPINION

Anyway, I've had 5-6 months and I find it excellent keyboard, and the quality / price bluffing. I'm not tired (I play 1-2 hours a day, for 6 months I'd be bored if the sound impression was that the bluff). Small flat for the pedal where the resonance is not very realistic.
Having a keyboard with a good touch and a piano sound as correct for 400 €, it is really stunning. Like what our time was not all bad!

It is useless to most expensive unless you want qqchose lighter or more good sounds (of rhodes etc. ... sounds EP and other harpsichords here are really rotten, I do not even know why they put them. They'd better put one on and sell € 50 less for me).

The Yamaha P35 is a digital piano keyboard with a speaker system right on it. It comes with the full 88 keys and all of the keys are touch sensitive with a great feel to them. Out of all of the keyboards/digital pianos that I have used in this price range. This is one that just feels like it is the most well rounded. The keys feel great and the piano sounds are amazing for 400 bucks. This digital piano is not a workstation so there are no LCD screens or a bunch of knobs and sliders. But it has a very nice matte black finish and a built on music holder so you can read your scores right in front of you. I didn’t keep the music holder on the keyboard though because most of the pieces I play are by ear or I already have the music memorized to the point where I don’t need to look at the score.

UTILIZATION

I have been using this digital piano for a few months now, and to my surprise there are some other sounds on it. Some of the synths are pretty good. I was also able to split the keyboard and play with different sounds on different octaves like higher end digital pianos will let you do. There are 4 different type of reverbs, but they are pretty standard and do not give a lot of flexibility to alter them.

SOUNDS

The P35 comes loaded with 10 demo songs to play along with. If you are a beginner this keyboard will work great for you because of how the keys feel. It will be a great starting point to work your way up to a grand piano. If you have been playing for a while this is still a great digital piano to have because it will give you the feel of a full piano without taking up all of the space in your house or apartment.

I am very happy with my purchase of the P35 and I look forward to keeping it for a while.
